JBI International Insurance Brokers Ltd. have over 30 years experience providing both innovative and “off the shelf” insurance cover to UK residents and businesses as well as niche markets including H.M. Forces and International Schools.

INNOVATION

JBI recognise the importance of tailoring insurance cover to suit the needs of the individual or market. We spend considerable time both researching client and market needs and negotiating with Insurers to deliver the most suitable product at the best possible price.

EXPERIENCE

   

Our experience with H.M. Forces, International Schools and Teachers and UK Landlords enables us to produce bespoke insurance products including military kit insurance, pet insurance, overseas home contents insurance and a range of products for UK Landlords.

The average length of service for our staff is 9 years, which we are very proud of as it ensures that you can rest assured that we will be able to assess your requirments and provide the right insurance to suit your needs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE



We are proud of the high level of service offered by our experienced team. JBI are committed to the on-going training of staff to ensure that we always give the most appropriate advice. A number of our staff either have or are working towards CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) qualifications.

As members of the IIB (Institute of Insurance Brokers), BIBA (British Insurance Brokers Association) and SIIAP (Services Insurance & Investment Advisory Panel) we abide by the code of conduct and relevent regulations from these trade bodies.

The management and staff of JBI are fully committed to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) principles for Treating Customers Fairly. We recognise the importance of treating our clients fairly in all aspects of your dealings with us. Our commitment;

  • to provide you with clear information about the products and service we offer, including fees and charges
  • ascertain your individual needs, preferences and circumstances before offering a suitable policy
  • not recommend a policy if we don’t consider it suitable
  • provide whatever assistance we can to ensure that claims are processed accurately and promptly upon receipt of all documentation
  • encourage you to ask if there’s something you don’t understand
  • give you access to a formal complaints procedure should you become unhappy with our service
