The Home 3 policy pays for the Call Out, Parts, Labour and up to £100 for Overnight Accommodation in the event of a domestic emergency at your rental property. The policy pays out to a maximum indemnity limit of £500 per claim and there are no restrictions to the number of claims that can be made.
