Yes but you must inform JBI of your new address at the earliest opportunity.
Yes, the policy will provide you with £2 million of third party liability cover in the event that your dog injures someone or causes damage for which you are legally liable. IMPORTANT – This will only cover non-working dogs in the workplace.
No, so long as you are a serving member of UK Armed Forces and live in one of our designated countries we will cover your pet.
If you have Exclusive cover and continue to renew your policy we will continue to cover the condition subject to the payment of the excess. If you have Premium cover we will cover the condition for 12 months or up to £4,000 policy limit (whichever comes first) from the date of diagnosis and then it will be excluded from the policy.
1. For policies started prior to 1st February 2012 the excess on vet fees is £75.
2. For policies started on or after 1st February 2012 the excess is £75 or 20% of the total costs claimed, whichever is the greater.
The policy excess is payable per policy year per condition.
Yes, there is cover for cremation costs up to £100. There is no excess on this cover.
Yes, as long as it is not there as a working dog.
