Making a Claim
If you have group insurance via JBI and you need to make a claim you will have been given your individual membership card with the relevant contact information on.
If, however, you do not have your card you should alert the person responsible for your health insurance in your company who can obtain your membership number and arrange a replacement card. Some insurers allow you to do this online too.
