Making A Claim

If you do need to make a claim on your overseas insurance, please email us on expatriates@jbi-ins.co.uk  and request us to send you a claim form – we will send this by email attachment. This completed form should detail the full particulars of your claim. In the event of a theft please obtain a police report which, with relevant valuation or repair estimates and the claim form will need to be sent to Jelf Group.
