Making a Claim

If you need to make a claim, please obtain a claim form no later than 31 days after the event by telephoning the claims service on +44 (0) 207 902 7410.

If you require emergency in-patient medical treatment and/or repatriation assistance or need to curtail your trip whilst abroad you must contact the 24 hour assistance service on +44 (0) 207 902 7405 for authorisation or we may not pay your claim.

Healthcare International

You must give written notice as soon as practicable but in any event, within 21 days of the loss or event occurring. To obtain a claim form please telephone +44 (0) 20 7590 8800 giving details of your policy number and the nature of your claim, alternatively write to HealthCare International, 160 Brompton Road, London, SW3 1HW, UK.

Emergency Medical Assistance is available so that any Insured Person may request help in the event of an emergency relating only to medical problems recoverable under this policy, you must contact Tel No. +44 (0) 20 7590 8816 (24 hours).
