Who are CETA Insurance?

JBI have selected CETA Insurance to provide online home insurance. CETA is a national network of intermediaries with over 4,000 members in the UK, providing home insurance from a panel of the UKs leading insurance companies.

Does every insurance company on their panel offer the same cover?

No, each company offers their own levels of cover. You can check the cover each company offers by going to the Policy Documents page within the online quote system.

How can I pay for the policy?

You can pay for the policy annually by debit or credit card or monthly by direct debit.

How quickly can I start the cover?

If you are happy with the quote you can start the cover immediately.

How do I know which quote is the most competitive?

The most competitive quote will always be at the top of the list. It is important that you check the level of cover and the policy excess being offered.

How soon will I receive my documents?

You can download the documents from the system as soon as the policy has been purchased.
